CSDEA Omnibus

Your Guide to the Year Ahead

The annual CSDEA Omnibus is a spiral-bound guide designed to help members plan their year in the saddle. It includes information about recognized competitions, clinics, schooling shows, and other equestrian events throughout the region, along with listings for area businesses and services.

The Omnibus is printed and mailed in mid-February. Members who have paid their dues by February 1 receive one complimentary copy with their membership. Family memberships receive one copy per household.

Members who join or renew February 1 or later may purchase a printed copy for a $10 mailing fee, while supplies last. Additional copies are also available for $20 each by contacting membership@csdea.org.

All members also have access to a digital PDF version of the Omnibus.

Advertise in the Omnibus

The Omnibus offers an opportunity to put your business, services, event, or organization in front of CSDEA members across the region.

Not sure which form you need? The easiest way to tell is whether you are promoting something or providing event information.

Advertisement

An advertisement promotes a business, product, service, or offering. Examples include:

• Instructor or trainer services
• Farms or facilities available for schooling
• Tack and equestrian businesses
• Products or services
• Clinics or other offerings being promoted
• Tack swaps or sales
• Other business or promotional listings

If you are promoting a business, product, or service, complete the Advertising Form.

Showbill

A showbill provides factual information about a specific show, clinic, or schooling opportunity. This may include:

• Show or clinic name
• Clinician or judge
• Location
• Date and time
• Entry information
• Prize list
• Contact information
• Other event details

If you are sharing information about an upcoming equestrian event, complete the Showbill Form.

Have both promotional and event information on the same page? That is considered an advertisement, so please use the Advertising Form.

Submit Your Listing

Once you have completed the appropriate form:

1. Complete the appropriate form using the links above.
2. Submit your form by mail or email to the address listed at the bottom of the form.
3. Submit payment by check or online through Pay Online. Select “Omnibus Fees - Advertising & Show Bills.”
4. Submit your artwork to csdeaomnibus@gmail.com.
